It's one size: the breast part is made to embrace different range and size of breast, as you can see in the picture the result is nice (not droopy) on the breast of the model (size 1), and there is fabric to embrace size up to 4, also the lining is resistant to support the breast, which allows you to wear the top with no bra.
The closure is with strings on the open back: one string is for you to support the breast, the other string is to close on the hips level -which also lets you hide a bit the hips if this is what you want ;) -
