The neck is 37 cm long, the chain is 8.5 cm long, so you can adjust if you want to close it just behind your neck or a bit looser.
The chain is easy to open, in case you want to remove part of it to make the whole composition shorter, you just need a round point plier to open the ring of the chain and a flat point plier to close it.
